The company is one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of Spain-based Benteler Iberica Holdings SL, an internationally active company which is recognized as one of the largest independent automotive suppliers, and also one of the most important steel tube manufacturers in Europe as well as one of the leading stock holders and processors of steel tubes and stainless steel tubes.
